Customer Review: Very Disappointing
We recieved this product as a Christmas present this past year. It was a great gift because we have a 1 year old and it pacifies her while we drive around town and take trips. I can’t say that I was disappointed with the performance for the first 3 months. About the 4th month we started receiving a “Wrong Disc” error. We bought a DVD lens cleaner which seemed to help but continued getting the error about once a week. Last week while we were vacationing, we got the wrong disk error with no recovery. I called COBY and they recommended the disk cleaning. I told them that I already did that. They recommended that I take it to Circuit City and they could fix it. I asked if they would reimburse me for the costs to get it fixed and she said no. They only have a 90 day warranty. How ironic that this product starting acting up on the 4th month of use.

lasted 2-3months and screen went blank. right after warrenty expired. i smashed it into 1000 pieces after that and bought a polaroid from circut city with the 4year extended plan for an extra 40$. that has lasted 1 1/2 years so far and about 350 movies

He usado este producto por 2 semanas y estoy encantado con lo pr ctico que es; reproduce videos grabados en un pendrive o en una tarjeta SD; debe tomarse en cuenta que el archivo debe ser archivo de pelicula porque si es archivo de audio o video el aparato no lo reproduce. Las fotos se ven bien y los videos excelentes. Es muy practico pues si tus fotos o videos est n grabados en un pendrive los puedes ver sin necesidad de usar un cd pero ojo con el formato: para videos mpeg y fotos jpeg. Es un aparato muy liviano y funciona bien con su control remoto. Puede enchufarse a la corriente de 120 volt sin necesidad de colocarle la pila. Es muy bonito.

Customer Review: Good DVD player for very little money
I bought this for my 7 year old daughter a few weeks back for her birthday. Unpacked it and found out that it had a bunch of dead pixels right in the center of the screen. I was miffed at that but Amazon sent a replacement right away. Amazon really does have an excellent return policy.
